We are potentially strong. Like and dislike state of the mind make us weak. When we are neutral and appreciate everything purposeful manner we may maintain energy to fulfill. Meditation helps a lot to activate positive energy. This is the reason that I am interest of meditation

I am happy to concentrate on what is freedom. When mind is free from conflicts, there we experience freedom. It does mean that we should give up all obstacles that disturb our mind. In this sensual world it is not easy. Therefore we should contemplate of danger of clinging to sensual objects. When contemplation of danger is well practiced, we see how the mind is strong enough to experience detachment. When the contemplation of detachment is well practiced, we experience cessation of defilements. There it is said that we reach the Blissful Destination, called Ultimate Freedom.

When right perception comes to the mind, it is easy to practice let go, friendly appreciation and compassion. This practice leads us beyond the world.

මිනිසත් බව ලැබීම සැබැවින්ම අප කාටත් වටිනවා. මේ මිනිසත් බව පුණ්‍ය ශක්තිය නිසා බබලවන්නට හැකියි. ප්‍රඥාව නිසා වඩාත් අර්ථවත්ව, ඵලදායී ආකාරයෙන් මෙහෙවන්නට පුලුවන්. මෛත්‍රිය හා කරුණාව එක්තැන් කොට බොහෝ දෙනාට උපකාර වෙන්නත් මේ මිනිසත් බව තුල මැනවින් ඉඩකඩ තිබෙනවා. තවත් වැදගත් කාරණාවක් වන්නේ, අවංකභාවය ගරු කොට සත්‍යවාදී වෙන්නත්, ඉවසීම ගරු කොට සියලු අපහසුතාවයන් දරාගන්නත් හැකිවීමයි. මේ හැමදේටම වඩා වටින්නේ චතුරාර්ය සත්‍යය අවබෝධය පිණිස මනස මෙහෙයවීමයි. තථාගත සම්මා සම්බුදුරජාණන් වහන්සේගෙන් ලත් ධර්මය දායාද කොටගෙන, මෙලොවත් පරලොවත් තේරුම් ගෙන, නිවන් පිණිස කටයුතු කරමු. තෙරුවන් සරණින් සියලු දෙනාටම යහපතක් වේවා!
